Inventory
We will discuss your wishes and the possibilities in a personal conversation. We will compile a complete file that we can use immediately when we want to respond to a property so that we make a good first impression with the landlord and/or letting agent.
Select homes
Together with you, we search daily for homes that fit the search profile you have set. We often succeed in suggesting multiple homes within our network of real estate agents and investors.
Viewings
We will visit suitable homes together, if necessary we will pick you up! We will then evaluate the pros and cons of the home.
Hooray, we are the first candidate selected!
As your KOMPAAN, we will now get to work for you to get everything going smoothly and efficiently, such as making agreements about the rental conditions, start date, rental period, etc.
Rental agreement and deposit
We check the rental agreement that has been drawn up and, if necessary, draw it up ourselves. We go through it together and answer any questions. We ensure that the first payment to the landlord is made on time.
Finally, you get the key!
Of course you are nervous when you finally get your own place. Your KOMPAAN keeps a cool head and provides an extensive initial inspection with photos, meter readings, checking keys, checking for defects, etc. As an additional service, we can immediately arrange your TV/internet subscription and record the gas/water/electricity connection.
Afterwards
Once you have settled in, we will remain your KOMPAAN for any questions throughout the entire term of the rental agreement.
Before we start searching, we start with an introductory meeting. All wishes and possibilities are discussed.
We will look for the right home, if you find a suitable home yourself, let us know and we will be happy to help you.
Once the right property has been found, we will contact the renting party.
As your KOMPAAN, we will now get to work for you to get everything going smoothly and efficiently.
Rates
We work on a No Cure No Pay basis. This means that we do not charge any costs if we cannot find a home for you! If we have found a suitable home for you, you will pay us a brokerage fee of one times the gross monthly rent including VAT with a minimum amount of € 750.00 including VAT.
